FAQs
I have seen similar for free, why is this different?
There are NO LIMITS and you DO NOT have to create an album on places like Google Drive ….
We too have seen the free versions on this sort of service, but when you look into them you will find that your are limited on how many guests can use it (one site only allows 10 people to upload on their free package, now if you have 100 guests how do you tell 90 of them they can’t use it?) or you have to host the photos in an album elsewhere for example Google Drive. Hosting photos and videos costs the provider so even sites like Google will have a limit on how much you can add for free. We would advise you to check the small print on any site that offers this service for free.

Do you have to hire a Photo Booth to have Capture Every Memory?
No, Capture Every Memory works independently to our photo booths.
How does it work?
Your guests will take lots of photos and videos on their phones of your wedding from start to finish capturing candid moments you won’t have seen. They then see your table cards, scan your personal QR code and with one click upload their photos and videos to your personal online gallery for you to view, download, print and keep forever!
Is everything I need for my wedding included?
All you need to arrange is the printing of the QR codes, this can be done wherever you are getting your wedding stationery from.

When do I get my QR code and when can I start to use it?
Within 24 hours of ordering the system generates your QR code and online gallery. You can then start to collect images meaning your guests can scan the code on the lead up to your event, during your event and after to upload their images and photos.
The gallery also stays live for 2 years after your event date.
How many times can my guests scan the QR code?
There is no limit, your guests can scan and upload as many times as they want.
How does the video guest book feature work?
Guests can record congratulation video messages on their phones (extra handy if they can’t be with you) and by scanning the QR code can upload these from anywhere in the world to your online gallery.
Are any apps or logins required?
No, it’s so easy to use, your guests scan the code and click upload.
Do I also get a digital copy of my QR code to add to other wedding stationery?
Yes, when you order you are also sent your personal QR code digitally, you can add this to invites or any other stationery you want.
Is the QR code unique?
Yes, we generate you a personal QR code that is unique to you linked to your unique personal online gallery.
Does it work from anywhere?
Yes, you can scan the QR code from anywhere in the world and upload images and videos to your personal online gallery.
How do I download the images from the gallery?
You get sent a separate link that gives you access to your online gallery, click download on the images from there to save to your phone or computer – so simple!
Who gets to see my online gallery?
When you order you can set the gallery to private or public. Private means only you get to see what’s uploaded, public means anyone that uploads can then also see the other images in you gallery.
How long does the gallery host my images for?
The QR code and online gallery is live as soon as you order and ready to accept uploads, the gallery will stay live for 2 years after your event date. You can access and download your images at anytime to print and keep digitally forever.
Is it just for weddings?
No, you can use Capture Every Memory for any event, birthday party or any celebration where you want to collect images from everyone’s mobile phone in to one place.
